With the Blaue Stunde (means: blue hour), two of the most popular models from Laco’s Basic Series reveal just how versatile classic pilot watches can be. The dial, featuring a fine sunburst finish, creates a fascinating interplay of light and color. Depending on the angle, the deep blue tone shifts between subtle darkness and vivid shimmer – an effect that lends the watch remarkable depth and elegance.
The sandblasted stainless steel case highlights the Aachen’s cool, technical character, framed by the classic Type A pilot dial layout with Arabic numerals and Superluminova C3 on numerals, indexes and the matte black hands. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, the see-through case back reveals the Laco 2S automatic movement with hacking seconds, and the grey one-piece nylon strap completes the modern flieger look.
