At every point along the way my experience with Time Machine Plus was positive. I was interested in the Mido Ocean Star 600 watch and when I was on Mido’s website I did not see Time Machine Plus as an authorized dealer. I sent an email to them saying I did not see their name listed in the drop down menu since their website says we are authorized dealers for everything we sell. In reply I received a screenshot shot showing the listing. Later I was considering the Certina DS PH1000M. Time Machine Plus had a promotion but the small print said the offer was good for 14 days from the time of the quote. I called and spoke with Komail and said I would not be in a position to make the purchase until after 3 weeks time, would he honor the offer and he said yes the only issue was availability; if the Certina would still be in stock at that time. After 3 weeks I called and spoke to Komail again letting him know that I wanted to purchase the Mido Ocean Star 600 with blue dial. Komail did not have it in stock but ordered it for me and even though it was not an in stock piece he still provided the discount. As we were traveling out of state I asked that the watch not be shipped until after our return in 10 days. Again Komail was accommodating. I was concerned that Time Machine Plus does not do sizing but Komail assured me a local watch repair business could do this and that is exactly what happened. I asked whether the COSC certification and warranty would be included in the box and he said I needed only to register the watch online. The watch arrived well packaged and all the paperwork completed. I could not be happier.
