Does my watch come with the manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All watches come with the full manufacturer warranty, including the original warranty card and documentation.
Will my watch arrive with the original box and papers?
Yes. Your watch ships in its original box with all original documents — instruction manuals, warranty cards, and product tags included.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. We use insured UPS delivery on all orders. View shipping details.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days via UPS. Handling time is noted on each product page: items marked “In Stock — Ready to Ship” ship within 1 to 2 business days, and any other listing ships within its stated window.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Signature confirmation is required on all orders over $250 to ensure safe delivery and for insurance purposes. TimeMachinePlus.com is not responsible for lost packages if you choose to refuse signature confirmation.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and military bases.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. For expedited orders, contact our Customer Service team and we'll get you a shipping quote.
Can I change my delivery after ordering?

You may return eligible merchandise in its original, unused condition for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Read the full returns policy.
Are returns free?
Free returns are available on eligible orders under $500 within the U.S. For orders over $500, returns are accepted within the 30-day window, but you cover return shipping and insurance.
How do I start a return?
Begin your return in our returns center. Once we approve your request, we'll email you instructions on how to send it back.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes. If you find one of our watches at a lower advertised price from another authorized dealer, our Price Match Promise guarantees we'll match it. Request a price match.

How do I track my order?
