All merchandise (except those indicated as no returns) purchased on TimeMachinePlus.com may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days* from the delivery date (the date your order was delivered to you).

All returned watches must be not sized and unworn in the condition you received them and in the original box. For all watches and straps, the watch must be completely unworn.

Please note, merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and having never been removed. Merchandise must be returned with all original documents, including but not limited to: instructional manuals, warranty cards, product tags, links, etc. Up to a 50% restocking fee (of the purchase price) may be assessed if any original documents are missing. Merchandise must not be tampered with or opened in any way. Watches must be unworn with no sizing changes. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

• Free Returns only eligible for orders under $500. For orders over $500, returns are accepted within the 30-day time period, but customers must pay for shipping and insurance fees. Please be sure to require a signature confirmation for all orders over $500 and include insurance to cover any loss or damages to the package. 
• You have 14 days** from the day you request a return to ship the items back to us. If 14 days have passed and we have not received your item, your return will be closed. Items received after the 14-day window, will be refused and returned back to you. 
• Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns is available to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States zip code only.
• International Buyers or those customers with orders placed to an address outside of the United States are not eligible for free returns. International Buyers must pay for return shipping if they would like to return the item for a refund. No exceptions.
• If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
• All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• TimeMachinePlus will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of an TimeMachinePlus error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
• Please note, some marketing promotions, if used, a return or exchange will not be granted, based on the promotion. Please carefully read all the promotion details before making a purchase. All final sale items will not be eligible for a return.  

*30 days includes 30 full calendar days, including weekends and US holidays. For example, if your item was delivered on 8/25/2020, you have until 9/24/2020 to request a return.
**14 days includes 14 full calendar days, including weekends and US holidays. For example, if you request a return on 9/01/2020, you have until 9/15/2020 to ship the returned items back to TimeMachinePlus.com.
