All merchandise (except items marked as no-returns) purchased on TimeMachinePlus.com may be returned in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days* of the delivery date — the date your order was delivered to you.
What We Need Back
To protect every customer, returns are held to a strict standard. Please make sure your return meets all of the following:
- The watch must be completely unworn and unsized, in the exact condition you received it, in its original box.
- All original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers must be intact and never removed.
- All original documents must be included — instruction manuals, warranty cards, product tags, links, and any certificates of authenticity, grading, or appraisal.
- Up to a 50% restocking fee may be assessed if any original documents are missing.
- Merchandise must not be tampered with, opened, resized, damaged, or altered in any way.
Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your return. Items received in worn, sized, or altered condition will be sent back to you.
Free Return Shipping
Free Returns are available on eligible orders under $500 to the 50 U.S. states (including Alaska & Hawaii) and APO/FPO addresses using a U.S. zip code.
You Cover Shipping
Returns are accepted within the 30-day window, but you pay return shipping and insurance. Please require a signature and insure the package against loss or damage.
Not Eligible for Free Returns
Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for free returns. International buyers must pay for return shipping to receive a refund. No exceptions.
Refunds & Exclusions
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Some items purchased with a marketing promotion may not be eligible for a return or exchange — please read all promotion details carefully before buying. All final sale items are non-returnable.

**14 days includes 14 full calendar days, including weekends and U.S. holidays. For example, if you request a return on 9/01, you have until 9/15 to ship the returned items back to TimeMachinePlus.com. If 14 days pass and we have not received your item, your return will be closed; items received after the window will be refused and returned to you.
