2-Year Limited Warranty

Every piece of Fine Jewelry purchased directly from TimeMachinePlus.com is protected against manufacturing defects for two full years from the date of delivery, for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Loose or lost stones caused by a defect in the original setting (e.g., prong or channel failure)
  • Failure of a clasp, spring-ring, lobster-lock, or bail under normal wear
  • Broken or defective mountings, settings, or solder joints
  • Manufacturing defects in the metal or structure of the piece

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear — scratches, dulling, or thinning of finish over time
  • Loss or theft, or stones lost due to impact or accident
  • Accidental damage — bending, crushing, or breakage from misuse
  • Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, or wearing during swimming, cleaning, or sports
  • Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by anyone other than TimeMachinePlus
  • Items not purchased directly from TimeMachinePlus.com

Please note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work. If your piece needs service, contact us first.

Making a Claim

Email service@timemachineplus.com or call 888-898-4795 with your order number and photos of the issue. If covered, we'll repair or replace the piece at no charge for parts and labor.

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies only to Fine Jewelry purchased directly from TimeMachinePlus.com and is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Warranty service is provided at the discretion of TimeMachinePlus; where a piece cannot be repaired, a comparable replacement may be offered. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
