We stand behind every piece with a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty applies to Fine Jewelry purchased directly from TimeMachinePlus.com and is provided to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
What's Covered
If a manufacturing defect appears within two years of delivery, we'll repair or replace the piece at no charge for parts and labor. Coverage includes:
- Loose or lost stones caused by a defect in the original setting — such as prong or channel failure
- Failure of a clasp, spring-ring, lobster-lock, or bail under normal wear
- Broken or defective mountings, settings, or solder joints
- Manufacturing defects in the metal or structure of the piece
What's Not Covered
This is a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear — surface scratches, dulling, or gradual thinning of finish over time
- Loss or theft of the item, or stones lost due to impact or accident
- Accidental damage — bending, crushing, or breakage from misuse
- Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, or wearing during swimming, cleaning, or sports
- Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by anyone other than TimeMachinePlus
- Items not purchased directly from TimeMachinePlus.com
This warranty covers manufacturing defects — it is not an insurance policy and does not protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage. For valuable pieces, we recommend insuring them separately through your homeowner's or a specialty jewelry policy.
Please note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work. If your piece needs service, contact us first.
Caring for Your Jewelry
A little care goes a long way. Store each piece separately to avoid scratches, and remove your jewelry before swimming, cleaning, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and clean gently with mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush.
